An assessment can be valuable if you’ve noticed:

• Feeling different socially, or struggling with sensory sensitivities

• Challenges at work, study, or in relationships

• A sense that ADHD or Autism may explain lifelong patterns of experience

As a psychologist, I do not prescribe medication. If you are seeking medication for ADHD or Autism, you will need to see a psychiatrist. However, many clients choose to begin with a psychological assessment to support diagnosis, inform treatment planning, and provide the necessary documentation for referral, workplace, or NDIS purposes.
