Individual Therapy


I provide individual therapy for adolescents (14+) and adults seeking support with emotional wellbeing, mental health, and personal growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and delivered with compassion, collaboration, and care.

Individual therapy may be helpful for those experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress, or panic

  • Low mood, depression, or loss of motivation

  • Trauma or the impact of difficult past experiences

  • Emotional overwhelm or difficulty regulating emotions

  • Life transitions and periods of uncertainty

  • Relationship or family difficulties

  • Grief and loss

Please note:

NDIS sessions are available for participants with self-managed or plan-managed arrangements.
